Orders

How long until my order ships?
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as it leaves us.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Write to us as soon as possible. If it hasn't been dispatched, we'll change or cancel it. Once it's shipped, you can return it under our 30-day policy.

I didn't get a confirmation email.
Check your spam folder first. If it's not there, contact us with the name and email you used and we'll find the order.

Shipping

What does shipping cost?
7,99 € flat, and free on orders over 75 €.

Do you ship outside Europe?
Yes — we ship worldwide, including the UK, Switzerland and the United States.

Will I pay customs?
Orders outside the EU may attract import duties set by your local authorities. Those are the customer's responsibility and we can't predict the amount.

My tracking hasn't updated.
Tracking can take up to 72 hours to show its first scan. If nothing has moved after that, write to us.

Sizing & fit

How do your sizes run?
True to size for most pieces. Where something runs small or oversized, we say so in the product description. Our size guide has full measurements.

I'm between sizes.
For fitted pieces, size up. For relaxed and oversized cuts, take your usual size. If you're unsure, email us the piece and your measurements and we'll tell you honestly.

Returns

What's your return window?
30 days from delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and with tags attached.

Who pays for return shipping?
You do, unless the item arrived faulty, damaged or incorrect — then we cover it entirely.

Can I exchange instead?
The fastest route is to return for a refund and place a new order, so you don't lose the size while you wait.

What can't be returned?
For hygiene reasons: swimwear, bodysuits, underwear and pierced jewellery, unless faulty. Final sale items are also excluded.

Products & care

How should I care for my pieces?
Care instructions are on every product page and on the garment label. As a rule: cold wash, low spin, dry flat. Knitwear and anything with beading should be handled gently.

Will a sold-out piece come back?
Sometimes. Sign up on the product page and we'll email you if it does.
